The service
THV provides a resident and staff app for village life: profiles, Village Bucks, inspiration posts, messaging, and program-fee invoices. Access for residents requires staff approval. The app is not intended for children under 13.
Accounts
Keep your password private. Staff may disable or delete accounts that are misused. You can delete a resident account from Settings.
Program fees
Invoices are for village program fees, not digital goods. Paying by card uses Stripe Checkout. Unpaid invoices may be marked overdue. Refunds, if any, are handled by staff outside the stores.
Acceptable use
Don’t harass others, post unlawful content, or try to access another resident’s data. Bulletin posts may be moderated.

The app is provided as-is for village operations. We may change features (including beta tools such as Program Fee) as the village’s needs change.
